Imago Dei Classical Academy is a two-day academic program designed to enrich and support the schooling of home-educated children and their families. At Imago Dei, we work to bring together the beauty and flexibility of Catholic homeschooling with the benefits of a structured classroom environment. We work collaboratively with parents, supporting their efforts as the primary educators of their children.
We consult with Mother of Divine Grace School to ensure high academic standards for our students and assistance with college preparation. Imago Dei tutors and students meet on Mondays & Thursdays in the classroom for instruction, Socratic discussion, oral presentation and study. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, students are schooled at home.
We offer art classes and afternoon recess for our lower school students in grades 1-6. Faith formation talks, book club, and annual retreat is offered to upper school students in grades 7-12.
Imago Dei is run by laity in collaboration with a board of advisors. Our community is comprised of nearly 30 families, 90 students and 25 staff.
